Tube of choice (I'm using the wonderful work of Elias Chatzoudis which you can
get from MPT)
Scrapkit used is Chocolate Mint by DMK Designs which you can get at
Berry Bliss,
Creative Scraps or
Taggers Scraps
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow HERE
Doodles of choice (mine are from
Lotties Doodles )
Bat of choice (dafont.com has many halloween theme fonts and dingbats that you'd
be sure to find a bat in one of them or at least something else that catches
your fancy for your tag)
Font of choice for text inside heart
Open a 600x600 white canvas
Copy/paste paperheart02 on your new canvas
Resize by 53% and move it a little bit to the top of your canvas
Copy/paste paperheart01 to the canvas
Resize by 50%
Decide what text you'd like to put into your heart, and then type it out across
the page and make multiple layers so it fits across the full length and width of
the second heart.
To make things easier now we got to merge all those layers so you have one clean
layer of text to work with. So X out your two heart layers and your white
background layer. Right click on one text layer and merge visible. Add a
gradient glow to your text now if you like to make it stand out once you
put it in the back of the heart.
Now go to the top heart layer, and using your magic wand select the inner black
section. Selections - Invert.
Highlight the merged text layer on your canvas and hit delete once on your
keyboard. Selections - Select None.
On the text layer lower the opacity to about 47%.
Copy/paste ribbonheart02 to your canvas. Resize by 20% and position it where you
like on your canvas.
Copy/paste paperheart04. Resize by 20%, place it where you like.
Copy/paste leaf branches to your liking.
Find yourself a nice skull or bat or witch dingbat and type it out in the heart
section where you have the text. Give your bat or whatever you picked a thin
white gradient glow.
Copy/paste your tube and add a thin gradient glow to it as well using a colour
that stands out.
Now add your doodle art right above the white background layer and position them
wherever you like.
Add your copywrite information, your lic. information and your watermark. Add
your name.
You can add whatever other elements you like to .. let your creativity wander.
Right click on the white background layer, delete this layer. Merge visible. And
your done!!
