Tube of choice. I'm using the fabulous artwork of Kenny Kiernan and you can

New canvas 600x600
Copy/paste clusterframe to your canvas - resize 95%
Magic Wand tool Freehand - select along the inner bits of the coloured frames
Copy/paste paper of your choice as new layer, resize it by 95%.
Selections - Invert - hit delete once on paper layer
Selections - select none
Drag this layer below the frame layer
You can mirror the frame and paper if you like, which is what I did to give it a
little different look.
Highlight your frame layer
Copy/paste tube of your choice as new layer, position tube where you like.
Copy/paste the tree, resize it by 60%, we're going to use this as part of the
background, so once resized drag it to the outermost top side of the frame and
position it where you like. Then drag the tree layer below the frame and paper
layers.
Duplicate the tree layer, and then drag the tree so its next to the other and it
looks like the branches are spread out.
Duplicate the copy tree layer, go image - flip - image mirror and position it
below the frame (see my tag for positioning or play around and see what works
for yours)
Copy/paste the ghost and resize by 50%. Position him inside one of the frames.
Then duplicate him and place one on top of the frame like in my tag.
Copy/paste the cat and place it where you like.
Copy/paste the fence, resize by 40%. Image - Free Rotate - Left - 9 degrees.
Position it inside the orange frame.
Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Settings:
Glow Width Pixels - 3
Soft Corners 25%
Overall Opacity 100%
Under the color tab pick a color that suits your tube/tag
Apply the above settings twice.
Copy/paste the haunted house, Image resize by 40%
Image - Free Rotate - Left - 9 degrees
Drag the house layer below the gate layer.
Apply the same gradient glow effect as above only once.
We all know Halloween is just not Halloween without the candy so grab a few and
place them where you like and resize to what size fits best
I also added other bits and pieces like the Trick Or Treat bag, the trick or
treat button, the little witch on the broom button which I resized by 30% and
dragged below the haunted house layer and dropped the opacity to 49% so it looks
like she's flying over the house. I added the Creepy and Spooky alpha beads one
on each side of the frames. Basically just play around add what fits with
your tag and what looks good to your eyes.
Next add your text, copy write information, right click on the white layer, delete. Merge visible and save.
