Font of your choice.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
New canvas 600x600 white
Copy paste frame of your choice I used DMK_MPHC_frame04. Resize by 55%
Using your freehand selection tool, select a section like in the preview below.
Now copy/paste a paper of your choice, I used the green one to make it look like
lawn. Selections - Invert - delete on
keyboard. Selections - select none. Drag the layer below the frame.
Do the same for the upper bit of the frame now and use a blue paper to give you
some sky. Drag this layer below frame layer
to.
Copy/paste the clouds onto the canvas, resize by 30%. Drop the opacity on this
layer to 53. Position them where you like and
make sure to drag the layer below the frame layer but above the paper layers.
Copy/paste the castle into the canvas. Resize by 20%. Drag it so that its the
higher castle on the left side.
I wanted it to look like my castles had windows in them, so if you'd like the
same, copy/paste the DMK_MPHC_frame01 to your
canvas and resize it to 5%. Position it on the castle. Duplicate the layer
and position that one where you'd like it.
Go back to the first window layer, and using your magic wand, select the inside
of the window on the grey bit. Now make sure
to highlight your castle layer, and hit delete once. Selections - select none.
Do the same for the other window you want to
create.
Now duplicate the castle layer. On duplicate layer, Image - Mirror. Position it
where you like or see my tag for
positioning.
To give the castle a bit more of a decorated feel I used the lace piece for a
bit of window dressing. So copy/paste the lace
over to your canvas, Image - resize by 20%.
Using your magic wand select the open spaces of the windows in the castle, by
holding down your shift key and clicking inside
the two windows of the first castle. Position the lace so that its under the
window layers. Selections, modify - expand by 2.
Selections - Invert - highlight the lace layer now and hit delete once.
Selections - Select none.
Duplicate the lace layer and drag it to decorate the other set of windows in the
second castle.
Now is a good time to copy/paste the princess of your choice to the canvas and
resize it to your liking depending on where you
want to place her.
Also copy/paste the frog over and resize accordingly.
We all know a castle can't just be plain so I added my own decorative bits, so
have a play around and add all your bits
that you like. Resize them so they fit on the castles.
I added some of the acrylic doodles behind one of the castles to make them look
like there was flowers growing there. I put the
bumblebee there to making it look like it was heading for the flowers.
Copy/paste the flowers and resize them different sizes and place them around the
bottom of the frame but behind the princess and
the frog.
Copy/paste the heart with wings doodle and place it at the top right corner of
the frame. Resize it. Duplicate the layer -
Image - Mirror, and place it like mine. I decided to add the My Prince Has
Finally Come button to my tag as well to give it a
finishing touch.
Okay I know I'm a little strange but I prefer to work on the mask layer last so
that I can see if it works well with the tag.
So go down to the white background layer, highlight it.
Copy/paste a paper of your choice as new layer. it with a color of your choice
making sure that it makes your main tag stand out. Resize paper by 53%.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image. Scroll down your dropdown till you find
Mask4-Cordelia.jpg and hit apply. Right click on
mask layer, delete. Right click again, merge group.
Shift the layer slightly to the top left corner, then duplicate the layer and go
Image - Mirror and drag it to the bottom right
corner if needed.
Add your name, copywrite information, and all else that you need, then right
click on white background layer, merge visible
and save.
All done!!
